"Disappears at first issue. It's unfortunate. I've hired Fred several times through his company "New England Masonry & Landscape" and had no issues. I hired Fred again with the new company name "Angels Concrete and Masonry" to do a large stamped concrete patio & walkway at my new house. In total the work took 3 days spread over the timespan of 3 months. I got constant excuses for why his guys called out. He tried leaving excavated grass/dirt on my property as though that was normal. Eventually the patio went in. 2 months later it cracked. I called and after 2 weeks I got a call back saying it was ok because there are relief cuts in the concrete. Except that the crack spans both sides of the relief cut. He tells me he'll be out next week to take a look at it. That was several weeks ago now and he won't answer calls, show up, or stand by his work. Its unfortunate because all my other projects went well, but this project was very poor, start to finish."
