There was a technical problem with the engine on the generator itself, which they weren't able to help with, because they weren't licensed to work on the specific brand of generator. "Jeffrey Masi is a total gentleman and a Pro of the highest quality. He has been punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When I first called him he responded immediately and came to inspect the site. He offered me his estimation and I accepted. He found time on a weekend to do the project because I was not available on weekdays. He also called Ashland Town Hall for inspection and paid the fees. Everything went as smoothly as a whistle. I will strongly recommend him for any electrical project and I am sure you will never go to another electrician. In this context, I should mention another electrician, named Matt from LITelectric whom I contacted along with Jeffrey. I am going to cite a passage "as is" of his texting to me. He wrote, "Honestly, my impression of you is that you are a jack *** hence why I never showed up you seem to think you know everything about a tesla charger when you don't know jack shit we will not be installing anything for you sir take your cheap ass somewhere else." This was when I asked him why he did not turn up after he confirmed appointments twice. Later, I read comments about him and found he was exactly what I thought he would be from his foul-mouthed error-prone texting. If and when it is needed, I will present screenshots of his texting. Please stay away from this person, if you do not want to repent later."
