"I dreaded the mess and disruption all that sanding would cause, but Alex and his crew were wonderful, making the whole process as painless as possible. Because we have different species of pine from different eras, he applied a light stain to help them blend better, then the 3 coats of poly for a beautiful finish. "Joshua is amazing! No one else was able to repair our water damaged floors with a few extra pieces of wood we had. Yet, we could not order more because this particular hardwood is discontinued. Joshua was the only one who measured it and said he could do it. He did beautiful job with it. And after he sanded and polished the entire floor in the house, it all looks like brand new."
