Jean was so alarmed that this was an extreme fire hazard and against building code that he called his manager and asked if he could drill the hole and install my laundry vent line for me. Jean was so helpful and friendly and I thank him for saving my life!"

"Terrible experience. I had a problem with my dryer tripping breakers. They came out and replaced dryer thermostat kit (which seems unrelated to me) for $365. That (not surprisingly) did not fix the problem. They came out a second time (no charge... except my time) and failed to fix the problem again. Said is was not economically fixable and refused any refund. Not sure if they are incompetent, dishonest, or both. Plenty of 1 star experiences below - proceed at your own $ risk."
