I couldn’t recall, then realized it was a long time ago. 30 years! As a new homeowner I had zero experience so I was relying on my husband. He died 5 years after we bought this house and being clueless about the care & upkeep on it. I neglected pretty much everything. "The work was completed around the house and everything went well with the visit. Later that day, I started laundry the dryer was making a terrible noise. I followed directions to receive support from Lowe?s after giving them a call. They sent the person back to my house (without following up to let me know they were coming). He tried to fix the problem but could not. He put me on the phone with his supervisor who assured me that they would cover the cost of any repairs and that they would even suggest someone to hire. After that they have stopped responding to me, it has been a week I will need to find and cover the cost of repairs. "
