"Overall the process went smoothly. There are a lot of people involved - one person does estimates, one is the project manager, one does customer service., etc. The price was high and I expect that was largely due to all of the overhead and people involved. They use subcontractors to complete the work. The work was completed in a timely manner and done well for the most part. Any issues that came up were resolved relatively quickly. I would have liked a little more attention to detail, but we are very happy with the finished product."

He arrived with two trucks and two men, ready to work. Needless to say, I wasnâ t expecting such a response. After assessing the situation, the technicians solved my problems by noon.
