He told me that it would be started on Tuesday and completed on Wednesday and he kept to his schedule. Started 8am on Tuesday and was completed at 1pm Wednesday. There seemed to be a lot of attention to detail.  All the debris and asphalt were carted away and the job was left clean.  They will be back in the spring when the trenching can be regraded and reseeded.    I waited to do this review until we had one good freeze and one good soaking rain and this was the week it happened.
