"Work was initially performed in Spring 2017. Price was competitive. Within one year, cracks in the brick walkway started to show up with some bricks became uneven. I contacted Charles early Spring 2018. He said he would come in November 2018 to fix the issues. He never showed up to fix anything. I contacted Charles again early 2019 since the granite steps are tilted. His response was "U have my words" but never come to fix. The problems have become worse."

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. The decision to repair or replace stucco depends on the extent of the damage.
