The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. He was very kind, patient, understanding, timely with replies, and always followed through with his word. He actually restored my faith that there are honest contractors out there. His quote was more than fair, and his team traveled like 2, 2.5 hours for the job. His guys were always on time, very personable, and professional. They also went above and beyond by painting the walls, even though that wasn't part of the quote. Overall, Derek & his team are very trustworthy, reliable, fair, and all around kind. I would hands down call them again & refer them, especially because there are a lot of dishonest contractors out there. Thanks Derek & team! Cheers!"

"Insul-Kings is wonderful to work with. They called in the morning to narrow the arrival time, which is very considerate. Nate and his crew arrived on time and CRANKED like a well oiled machine. I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"After dealing with many disappointing contractors/handymen, Charlie & Richard were a (shocking) breath of fresh air and worth every penny. This company takes pride in their work and these two men truly want to do the best job for their customers in the long run. They do not cut corners at all and have extreme attention to detail. From the beginning, Charlie was organized, responsive and detailed in his quote. Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). The painting and drywall repair came out beautiful! I only wish I found this company sooner, but we will definitely be hiring Charlie & Richard again!"

"My house (and pool shed) was long overdue for an exterior paint job, they recommended a contractor who replaced rotted exterior then they power washed, sanded down remaining chipped paint, removed hardware, then primed and painted. I went to a very dark base color and white trim and it ended up needing an additional coat but it all came out good in the end and the cost was still reasonable. Very knowledgeable and professional."
