His drywall/plaster work is excellent--he removed and repaired a 3Ã 7 foot section of water-damaged ceiling-- it looks great and is ready to be painted with no additional prep! So: 1. "This job was to replace and paint a small section of ceiling drywall that was water damaged and would not take paint without staining through. Pedro Tellez did a fantastic job. Cut out and replaced the damaged section and then painted the entire ceiling to match the color and texture of the adjacent ceiling. He was very friendly, arrived on time, moved rugs & furniture, sealed off the area and did a thorough clean up when the work was done and moved the rugs & furniture back.
