"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."
Chimney has excessive creosote built up in chimney and all over cap from excessive wood burning. Recommended she have flies cleaned before a chimney fire occurs

Generally, squirrels are not considered aggressive toward humans. They are more likely to flee than confront people. Scorpions cannot climb smooth, non-porous surfaces because their pincers and feet are unable to get a grip. This includes materials like clean glass, polished metal, and slick plastic. While they are excellent climbers on rough or textured surfaces like wood, brick, or stucco, their inability to scale smooth vertical surfaces is why glass jars and other slick containers are effective for trapping them or creating barriers.

You will need to discuss with your pest control expert to know when and what to clean after the treatment. Sometimes, you may have to wait a couple of weeks for deep cleaning to avoid wiping up the treatment they applied.

However, you’ll want to wipe down any surfaces you use for food prep and eating. Before the treatment, you’ll also want to make sure that items such as pet dishes and children's toys won’t be exposed to the chemicals.

  • Droppings: Rats and mice leave small, rice-shaped droppings (the rat’s version is significantly larger). Bigger droppings belong to larger critters like raccoons. As long as you’re not squeamish, an image search can help you identify what you’re seeing in your attic.
