"Very honest and reliable. Was under the impression because of a home inspection that a home that I had sold had issues with the damper on one of the fireplaces. Was very pleased with Tim at 123 Chimney sweep. He could have taken advantage of me since I believed the home inspector. He showed me that both dampers were fine. and he even took videos. "I called them and they called back the next day. We made a time for them to come out. They inspected the chimney top and bottom and gave me estimates for a lot of different work that my chimney/fireplace needs. I can't afford to do it all at once and I'm not sure I will have it all done but he seems to know what he's talking about. Initially, he seemed a bit pushy on the bids but may have a very talkative style. He was more calm when he came back to do the work and said to call him when I was ready."
