We also provide services such as subsurface drainage, as well as French drains. We build decks, pergolas, and fencing using all grade A certified wood materials. In addition to our line of services we also proudly install commercial grade landscape lighting. We are an owner operated company that value our customers business. "Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."

"The 2 workers who installed the drainage system should be paid well since they did the entire project in the heat using shovels. No problem there. The problem comes with lack of follow up in gutter work. A contractor was sent and an astronomical bid was given. I called Mr Mike and received no return call and am expecting none. He was to also tamp down the dirt mound and replace sod after a six week period much like another person and I haven’t heard anything and again don’t expect to. Sad."

Yes, placing polymeric sand between pavers is essential for keeping them securely in place. However, sand alone cannot secure pavers. A well-made compacted paver bed that holds pavers should be at least 6 inches deep to keep pavers secure.

Deciding between concrete, stone, or brick pavers comes down to your budget and the ease of installation. Concrete is the least expensive material, followed by brick and then natural stone. Concrete pavers are also the easiest to install, but bricks are relatively easy as well. Stone pavers require more time and labor because their natural shapes make them harder to fit together. Professional stoneworkers, however, are able to shape them as needed.
