"The owner of the company came and was friendly and professional. I had some dog spray on the furniture and the cleaning removed any smell of dog urine. The furniture dried overnight and looks great. He was able to get to me the next day after I contacted him. I called him directly and he gave me a quote that afternoon. His price was very reasonable.
