"I hired Majestic to deep clean my 3400 square feet house before I moved into it. I called around many places and this was one of the lower quotes I found, and the lady I spoke with was pleasant, so I decided to go with them. My house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet (and relatively clean before they got there), so I needed them to focus on the detail work (baseboards, bathtubs, appliances, etc). At first glance, I thought they did a good job. But as I was moving in, I noticed there were some things that were not up to my standards. There was still dirt on the floors, in the bathtubs, on the appliance knobs, shelves, etc. Many things that I could easily just wipe away. Overall it was okay."

They showed us each duct and vent, if it had evidence of mold. They videoed and shot photos of each vent, after cleaning them. They cleaned up afterwards. Very courteous and nice.
