My company was large scale with over 20 employees but over the years we've scaled down to approximately 5 employee's. The small windows on the 4th level were too difficult to get to, so I asked that only windows on the first three levels be washed.

Their men did a good job, using ladders to get to each window and hand wash each one. Some were difficult to reach so the work took most of the day.

They were very cooperative about doing other "handyman" work while they had the ladders there, and this work was priced out separately.
