"Installed a French Drain and my yard is worse than it was before. There is more standing water and holes that weren’t there before. No paperwork was given to me. Was not told up front they don’t accept credit cards."

We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "Place is unorganized. Spoke to Leslie, scheduler about an heater issue. She shared with me the process, technician goes out, informs her of the issue & prices to fix, she informs the client. No of this happened with me, all I got was a $200 bill for brushes off debris to ensure connection. Said there was before and after photos .. none. After speaking with Mervin he stated it would have been better to replace instead of clean. So why not offer than instead of “brushing” debris and then wanting to charge me for replacement? Now Leslie is texting me saying Mervin still hasn’t be able to contact me. So disorganized and classic used car salesman tactic."
