"I hired Rachel to clean the interior of my home. She always did a thorough job. She cleaned floors, furniture, cabinets, kitchen appliances, windows, bathrooms, and bedrooms. She has a keen eye for detail. She, always, put everything back in its place. My home sparkled after she finished. I highly recommend her for your house cleaning needs."

"Another company told me a control board needed to be replaced. I had Frankinstall come out and they found out the drainage pump was stopped up. He removed the pump and cleaned it up and it works great now. Their bill was only $75 when the others were going to charge over $250. He was polite and courteous. He even mopped the floor after he was done. They called me back to see if I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company."

Regular cleaning with non-abrasive cleaners helps prevent buildup and maintains clarity.

Professional cleaning utilizes industrial-grade equipment and formulated cleansers that penetrate deeper into fabrics, removing stubborn dirt without risking damage that DIY approaches might, such as surface abrasion from improper tools.

Regular cleaning, non-abrasive cleaners, and scheduling professional services every few months help maintain clarity and shine.

Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.
