"The guys who came to my house were early. After they finished my house I suspect it was because they didnâ t do a thorough job on the previous homes that day. They missed obvious spots on my patio ceiling & entryway ceiling. There were old wasp nests left in the corners. They removed those when asked but were going to leave the other spots. I was told that they were â etched inâ and if the power washer didnâ t remove them then wiping wouldnâ t do anything. I then asked one of the guys if he could wipe it anyway. He did and the spots where he wiped seamed to come off fairly easily. I also saw water spots on the bottom exterior windows where the wet screens were put back on. Window sills were not included in the cleaning or the tracks of the windows (windows were not opened at all for the cleaning). I would probably not have them clean my windows again if I were to hire Window Genie again for an exterior house wash. I noticed even more places that were missed on my house after they left. The upper level exterior window was cleaned but the vinyl siding on the chimney and some of the trim on the upper level were not cleaned. My house was MOSTLY cleaned and it does look a lot better but I expected better work. The office person who I talked to as well as the person who did the estimate were prompt at getting back to me and scheduling the service. A discount was given on some of the services due to being a new customer and scheduling multiple types of cleanings at the same time."
