We employ 4 employees we sub out our work only to approved subs ( generally the only time we use subs when a customer requires a time table that only can be accomplished with a sub. Other than that we go with direct employment.

I have been in business for 39 years in that time I did carpenter work on offshore boats, built houses for many years, did almost every type of repair work on houses and commercial work. We work on 50% down and 50% on completion on small jobs and on real large jobs we work on a percentage of completion. I have a State residential contractors license and carry required insurance.

This business is a single ownership business. The owner of the business is the salesman, and applicator. With that said, our rates are lower than most of our competitors.
