I've done handyman work for 10 years. I started doing this work full time at the beginning of 2022. I have experience in building decks, steps and other wood working projects. I am able to do hardwood, and tile flooring. I've done bathroom remodeling and and room remodeling. I can pressure wash houses and driveways. I work with several landlords on maintaining their rental properties. I have a background of 15 plus years in minor electrical. I am self employed and looking to grow my business. I do not do plumbing, roofing, or A/C.

While installing a carport will have only a slight, if any, bearing on increasing the selling price of your home, simply having a high-quality and well-maintained carport can improve the selling appeal to would-be house buyers. However, a poorly-maintained carport in disrepair can have the opposite effect and hurt the home's sales appeal.

Pole barns and carports are similar in that they rely on posts for support and are often not connected to a primary structure. The main difference between the two is that pole barns usually include walls that surround the entire perimeter of the structure, while carports generally remain open on three or four sides. It’s possible to insulate garage doors and even exterior walls on pole barns to create a comfortable workspace, and it’s a bit more secure for storage purposes. However, carports are more affordable.
