"Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."

"Supreme Fence, LLC review On Jan.21, 2021 we signed a contract with Supreme Fence LLC, for a black 4 foot aluminum fence with puppy pickets for our yard. One side was add on puppy pickets to an existing fence. Their employee, Corey Smith, measured the yard and gave us a finished installed price. We signed a contract and gave them a deposit at that time of several thousand dollars. After not hearing from them for several weeks we called and they said they would install on March 6, but never showed up or called us. On March 8 workers showed up unannounced at 8:30 am and spoke little English. They began digging and measuring and finally communicated to us that they didn’t have enough fencing materials to do the whole yard. We called and Corey came out and measured again. He said that he had measured incorrectly and we would need 40% more materials at an additional cost of $2000 above our contract. We agreed and the crew started to put up our fence. At 11:30 am the crew left. They had fencing materials uninstalled laying on our lawn. We again made several calls until contacting the company. A few days later, again unannounced, they installed the remaining fence. The owner, Jay Davis, came out, remeasured and promised to get it done promptly and installed temporary orange plastic so our dog would not get out of the yard. Finally, March 27, they came to finish and they were still 2 feet short. They came the next day to complete the 2 feet. They still did not have the puppy pickets to add to our neighbors existing side. They started sending us invoices with an incorrect amount and still the job was not done. We called, texted, emailed, spoke 4 or 5 times to the secretary. All without any response. After all this aggravation we finally gave up on ever seeing the puppy pickets and we wrote up a correct invoice and emailed it. We offered them a check just to be done with them, to which they responded immediately. My fence is still unfinished. If you do business with this company you are asking for nothing but headaches!"

"I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had them come out about a year ago and they were great. I had something else come up a few weeks ago and was hoping for a similar experience….not at all what I got this time. Kaleb the technician who came out last year was fantastic, very knowledgeable, very helpful and fixed my issue a year ago. I’d be happy to have him come out again (and if I were another company I’d try to hire him away from this dumpster fire of a company ;). This time, when I called to have someone come out, they said they’d schedule me as soon as I paid the $150 deposit. So, the next day I paid the $150 deposit online. I didn’t hear back for a few days, so I called and left a message. I didn’t hear back again a day or two later, so I called and left a message again. A day or two after that I finally got a call back to schedule me. They wanted to come out the next day. They wanted to come out the next day. It was short notice and I wasn’t available (I wanted to be there because I built the pool and system and wanted to be helpful - I was a licensed Louisiana contractor and pool installer at the time, but my license is no longer active). I asked if I could be re-scheduled for the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. No one came out and I got no call. I then called Wednesday morning to see what was up (I’ve been a contractor, I know things get crazy and it can be hard to schedule). I was told that what got put in their system was that I wanted to have someone come out AFTER Tuesday. I was a little frustrated, but mistakes happen. I assumed since it had now been over two weeks since I paid and tried to schedule — and that they had made a minor mistake — that I’d be close to the front of the queue for someone to come out. Turns out that they put me at the BACK of the line behind 30 other people. Apparently I was being difficult because when they finally previously called (after a week of me trying to get ahold of them) and wanted to come out the next day, it didn’t work for me - so I went to the back of the line. I work, I have three young kids, and my wife is going through chemotherapy…so, sorry you calling a day ahead after I had been trying to get in touch with you for a week didn’t work out for your schedule ;) Anyway, the man I talked to that morning was incredibly rude — he made me feel like I was being an a$$h0le for asking questions and trying to figure out when I could actually expect someone to come out after I already paid them. After some back and forth about my frustration and confusion about having to call now 6 separate times to get something scheduled, he essentially said that I was being difficult and they wouldn’t be coming out at all. I’d expect a refund for the $150 I paid them already to come out, but given that they don’t seem to be capable of basic scheduling or human interaction, I’m not holding my breath."
