"Excellent cleaning at a reasonable price. Very happy with Ms. BONNETTE’s professional approach to her work. I use her every two weeks."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"He is a great person overall, he was before time, he was done in no time at all and the carpets were stained all over and ended up looking like new. He moved the furniture out of the way and then put it back."

"Their team was very professional. They arrived right on time and took the time to answer all my questions before we started. They took extra care with my antiques I needed moving and were gentle putting things back. I had several spots that I did not think they would be able to get out but when they were finished my carpets looked and smelled brand new! I love that the team arrived in uniform and they even called me the next day to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the job. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Great job!"

"These people are the greatest! Prompt and polite from first phone call. They came over to see scope of job shortly after. The job was to clean mini-blinds on all my windows and to clean windows inside and out. Window cleaning included storm windows and doors. While here, I asked whether he could also replace bent blades in a few of the blinds. He said he could based on looking at a YouTube video. So job would include replace the bent blades. While here he quoted a very reasonable price for the whole job. I accepted the offer and scheduled the work a few days later. A team of three came and finished the job in a few hours. The work was well organized and thorough. They were quite focused on detail and not rushed. A few unexpected minor issues came up and we discussed and resolved them satisfactorily. The team were polite and respectful to each other as well as to me. I was home the entire time but felt no need to be here other than to deal with the unforeseen issues. I would feel completely comfortable with giving them my house keys if I needed regular housecleaning. I feel they were completely trustworthy and would not worry at all about my possessions or privacy. I guess you can tell I found probably the best cleaning service around."

"Went very well. Very friendly people and did a great job."

"The guy was great. He was very nice, professional, and he completed and fixed my sofa. The only thing that I didn't like is that I NEVER received my $5.00 refund or my 2 year WARRANTY from the company as of yet."

"3 very nice, efficient workers. Came on time and finished the job quickly. Worked carefully to do a good job and did not damage anything. Moved sofas and even put adhesive plastic squares under sofa legs so there would be no chance of a stain. Cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend."
