"Ameripave was a pleasure. They responded quickly, and ended up doing an excellent job, exceeding my expectations. They're a family affair, and everyone does everything, from driving the truck, to operating the roller, to spreading the asphalt. The job was also done quickly and they did a great job of cleaning up after. Go forward care instructions were provided. My best recommendation is that I plan to go with Ameripave when it's time to seal the surface at the one year mark."

Was told he would contact me in a Day or two to rechedule. I reitterated how dire the itutoon was but never heard from them again. Just left us wondering and wasted 5 weeks inthe process. Our home is in jeopardy of complete failure. Doors windows, plumbing and electrical are sustining more damage by the day. Th reason given for the "rescheduling" was "they had storms the day before the appointment, but the stronger storms were here by far. Houma didnt get nearly what we did, and wasnt close."

We are proud to include services at your residence such as French quarter patios, pavers, flagstone, slate patios, and driveways. We also provide services such as subsurface drainage, as well as French drains. We build decks, pergolas, and fencing using all grade A certified wood materials. In addition to our line of services we also proudly install commercial grade landscape lighting. We are an owner operated company that value our customers business. "Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."
