Garage Door for Less was priced right. They sent a man out within a few hours of my call for help. Amar was friendly, efficient, Conscientious, and a hard worker. Besides replacing the spring he performed some preventative maintenance; pointing out and replacing worn out bearings and lubricating the tracks and moveable parts,

They didn't adjust closing force. The first time door hit an object it didn' reverse and the door was crushed and needed to be replaced. Vendor said it wasn't their responsibility to adjust the closing force.

The owner of Garage door 4 Less responded to us via email to set up an appointment, after our purchasing the special offer. He came right at the appointed time, was congenial, and worked swiftly to change all of the wheels, inspected our garage door, adjusted the linkage on our chain, and then lubricated all the wheels and spring.

He was able to come out on a cold Friday night and repair it pretty quickly. It closes and opens just fine even though it's a little lopsided.

Provider communicated scheduling with us right away. On the day scheduled, he called to ask if he could come early as he had completed his previous job. This worked great for us and he arrived exactly at the newly determined time. He was pleasant, professional and got the job done quickly. He did not try to sell us on anything we didn't need and answered my questions. I would absolutely call him again when/if we need service.

Very well! I have an older door and bought a $99 Tune-up offer because it was loud and squeaky and not opening or closing very smoothly. I fully expected that I'd be told that the tune-up wouldn't be sufficient and that I'd need to buy something else and spend more money. Instead, Garage Door 4 Less showed up the next day right on time, and left less than an hour later with my garage door as good as new. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and told me everything looked good and I should just lubricate it occasionally. I highly recommend these guys!
