"It took a half day of work to repair the structural problem, and another two days for the tear off and refinish. "Mr. Ammons was punctual, diligent, and thorough, and his work was very satisfactory. Moreover, his rates are, if anything, too low for the work he does. Everything we asked was done on time and well; he also fabricated some replacement flooring, from scratch, to replace warped boards (50-year-old original square parquet) we would never have been able to source. Not only would I be glad to hire him again, I'm looking for work we need done since he's a great worker and, frankly, charges less than he could.
