Hello my name is Trey and I am 38 years old seeking to become a successful self employed handman-carpenter but I am very diversified in other skills and trades , although I may not be certified in trades such as welding , plumbing , electrical , and hvac ; It only means I have not taken a test to prove my skill and knowledge of these trades. I am very familiar with all trades that are required for construction jobs. I am truly a jack of all trades and would never say I was a master of all however I am very close . At the Age of 8 my stepfather gave me small task like pulling nails from trim to reuse and teaching me things like bending metal to repair facial boards on houses. Since then I have worked at hospitals and construction jobs and enjoyed them all. "While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
