"Such a great experience. They were very kind from the start. The sales representative explained everything to me and how everything works and I loved the process and professionalism. He also worked with me to give me a price I would actually afford which I thought I wouldnâ t be able to afford it at first. They were able to give me the shower of my dreams. The rep worked with me to help me build what I wanted. The installation process was so fast! They were in and out in a day. They made sure to keep my house clean and they were nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"The installers were sent through Independent Homes for installation of a Walk-in Tub (they were the best quote out of 3 other walk-in tub Companies. GEN-X Renovations is a family owned company dealing exclusively with bathroom renovations of any kind. They are installers used by companies to install their products. They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

"AM did a great job staining and hanging an old antique door we purchased. They also did some painting and electrical work for us. They did an amazing job. Would def. Hire again!"

"On time from start to finish. Finished product better than expected. Very satisfied. Cleanup excellent, couldnâ t tell they where here."

"Completely professional and honest from start to finish. I misunderstood his pricing when we talked on the phone. It was 325 to refinish the tub but removing the old finish was a separate charge. When it was time to pay I was surprised that I owed 50 more than I thought. He let it go since he felt that he should have been more clear. I appreciated that very much and would recommend him without reserve to anyone.

"Manuel is on the ball! Called me within moments of requesting a quote. Communication was outstanding. He sent me pictures of another job and was really polite and professional. Showed up right on time....very rare in New Orleans! His prices were hundreds less than other services and he had to strip off an old reglazing. I'd definitely hire him again."
