"I see this company has not had a review in a while. my guess is that is because they go beyond if necessary to get the job done and done right. In my case the repairman called me back in a short time and came over in a few hours with the parts to repair my appliances. The disposal was repaired in a short time. However, the new motor for the dishwasher was broken. He reassured me he would order a new motor ASAP. He did and when he received it there were missing parts. At that point thru no fault of ABBA, I decided my 4 yr old top of the line Kenmore dishwasher was as mistake. Bought a Kitchenaid not so top of the line and installed it myself. So far so good.
