"All of Bob's Painting people I dealt with were excellent.  Estimate, pre-paint, and painting have well done professionally.
I had two other estimates. Bob's painting was not the lowest price however; Bob (owner) presented very likable personality and professionalism when he provided me an estimate.  I'm very happy and satisfied using them.  My house looks like a newly build house with fresh stucco paint and front door.  My drive way is remarkably clean comparing with my neighbors'.  As a matter of fact, one of my neighbor just hired some handyman for power wash their driveway . . . . sorry, but my neighbor wasted money. . .

"Installers were prompt and worked efficiently.  New installer needed a bit more professional training, since he asked if he could smoke an e-cigarette inside.  When I said "no", he was polite and smoked outside.  At least he asked.  Installers looked a bit "rough" but they wore company shirts and did a good job.  My only problem with this company was that their hours were inconvenient, although they made arrangements to be open when I requested.

I first contacted Acadian Remodeling in the beginning of October 2014.  they worked closely with me on the pricing for the project in order to make it work within my budget and we finally signed a proposal/contract mid October.  They were willing to let us as homeowners so some of the work in order to save money and stay on budget.  Acadian made sure to contact me before any work was done that was not in the original proposal started.

Work began in November 2014 and lasted through January 2015.  they worked pretty much everyday not including Thanksgiving and Christmas, sometimes they even worked on weekends.  No major problems or issues came up.  General construction work was excellent.  Finishing work (drywall, trim, windows, and doors) was average.  There were a few things not to my liking but Acadian fixed those and made sure I was completely happy with the final result of the project.  Clean-up during and after the project was average.  Overall, my experience with Acadian Remodeling was great and their crews were friendly and professional.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

"We are in the middle of a massive remodel.  The contractor we used attempted to level the kitchen/den ceiling and to apply texture and paint.  We have a large great room and the ceiling did not come out well.  It appeared wavy and uneven.  After several attempts at leveling the ceiling our contractor gave up saying that it was as good as it was going to get.  We found Millennium, George, on Angie's List.  He came out the same day we called and did a thorough inspection of our ceilings.  He showed us what was wrong and described how he would fix it.  He went through the rest of the remodel and pointed out several areas that had not been done properly.  He showed up when he said he would and did a good job repairing the work my contractor was unable to do.   I'm sorry that we have a contract with our original contractor.  George did a better job.  I would recommend Millennium if you need drywall, ceiling or painting work done.
