Jeff came out and looked at the damage and had a plumber over the next day.  He had the sheetrock/painter working immediately and then the carpet was replaced, exactly when promised.

Once they installed it, it looked good, but once it was painted I could tell the threshold was poorly installed.  They came back out and fixed it, and the threshold is pulling away again now.  Everyone at the store has been very nice, but the installer has not done a good job.
