He did a thorough job. He was very pleasant, nice and courteous. I didn't get the results from him because he had to turn them in. They should be able to tell the client their personal opinion instead of saving it for the people they work for. The price was a little high.

It was overkill. They wanted to do the whole interior of the house. He was talking down to me as far as I'm concerned. They had a bad salesman. He was insulting. I brought in structural engineers to back up what people were saying. They need to be honest. Price was excessive. He was on time and courteous.
