"I ONLY gave a 1 star rating, cause this is the Only way I can submit this rating. They Do NOT deserve a 1 star rating. They deserve a -0 Rating. Worker Justin 1st came. Made up some Big Numbers on his lap top then started some work with the sink focets I purchased. He is a Scam Artist. I asked for paperwork on everything that he did with prices & Paperwork on the Warenty he said I have. Still haven't received any paperwork 2 weeks later. Though he TOOK my money QUICK. Other workers came a few days after to install focets& shower heads in 2 bathrooms. They cut out sheetrock in order to get to the pipes, & said they would not repair the sheetrock back (THAT THEY CUT OUT). We were told we would have to Hire their contractor who did sheetrock in order to have it repaired. I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY. I WILL FIND SOMEONE MYSELF & AND GLADLY GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER TO NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR. AND OF COURSE I WILL NEVER USE TIMS SOUTHERN AIR EVER AGAIN. "I've been with Posigen for about 7 years now and have always paid my bills on time!!!! As of Feb. 2022, I haven't been able to monitor my Solar Production because Posigen haven't updated their system to 5g Capability!!! I told them my payments are to be deferred until they update the system on their end!!! I spoke with a couple Reps that said your panels are producing what they should based on your production on your Electric Bill!!! I asked how can I know if I cant see the daily production to ensure the panels are producing what they should!!! They said take my word for it!!! I'm like that's very bogus to tell a faithful customer to take your word!!! Especially when the issue is not on their end!!! Now because of Non-Payments for 2 months of me not knowing what I'm producing since Feb, they're now threatening to shut my system off!!! Who treats a customer like this when the issue is on their end!!! Especially when that customer has been making faithful payments up into them not upgrading the system on their end!!! Can someone please recommend A good lawyer to stop them from interfering with system!!! Again, the issue is not on my end!!! I need help!!!!"
