"Mr. Bowlin was extremely responsive and punctual. While other contractors were unresponsive or unwilling, Bobby was always on the ball - even when I had to postpone the project for several weeks. I called him back and he was able to get out to the house within two weeks and completed the project in one afternoon. He even worked with me on the warranty to ensure it was transferable and valid for a year after the point of sale.
