They went above and beyond for us to make the move as smooth as possible. My friend was moving from one assisted living facility to another in the next town over and the move was late afternoon which both were very respectful at the other residents well being by being very quiet not to disturb others. As we were about to head out, it began to storm, and the rain was so heavy that it was flooding. We all got soaked! Thank goodness by the time we made it to the new facility the rain had stopped. K'Von and Frank never missed a beat. They unloaded the U-Haul and placed items as requested. They did a phenomenal job and we'd definitely use their services again. Once he found the problem, he carefully explained what needed to be done to repair the issue and how much it would cost to repair the leak.
