"John is a super nice guy, and he explains everything that he plans on doing before actually doing the job. John close in the drywalls and put in borders surrounding the sliding glass door I had installed. He also finishes the job by painting the wall to match and he redid the ceiling. The easiest way to tell if a wall is load bearing is to check if it’s an exterior wall or if it runs perpendicular to the joists above and below it (or parallel to beams).
