"My child was sick and had thrown up in the middle of the night all over his carpet. Spoke with Michael the owner, who was very professional. Although he could come that day, he provided suggestions and reassurance about how to handle it until he could make it there the next day. He was prompt, listened to what I tried, and then explained what he had that might and might not work. He was able to get out the stain as well as the odor.
