"Ernesto (owner) and Jay (sales) were both very professional and easy to contact throughout the project. They fulfilled their promise to create a beautifully stamped concrete patio w/extended walkway from front to back of our long shotgun house. The work crews were hard working, skillful & pleasant. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome! We definitely recommend PowerHouse Concrete to others!"

"Hired them to put a patio cover over my patio. They were timely and did a very professional job. I got a quote from 4 companies. They not only were the best priced but they discussed options with me and showed me all of their insurance paperwork so that I knew I was dealing with a reputable company..."

"My husband & I has hired LAMP Properties to design & build multiple projects for our personal home and our rental properties. The range of jobs they have done for us so far include, renovations on our rentals, re-shingling a roof, siding, gutters, and adding a beautiful outdoor patio & kitchen area to our home. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. At days end, they even cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the design team, the project managers, and the office staff was exceptional. We will defiantly use LAMP Properties / Design + Build again, when we need any other work done."

"TRENT WAS RESOURCEFUL IN FINDING REPLACEMENT CROWN MOLDING FOR PALLADIAN WINDOW AND DID EXCELLENT WORK."

"Very pleased with the work done by DPS General Contractor. Danny was very honest about what I needed to fix the problem and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge about identifying actual foundation issues. He and his assistant did an excellent job. It was a pleasure dealing with an honest, efficient courteous and professional contractor. Thank DPS."

"They redid my fireplace and it came out amazing."
