I did not hire them....our contractor used them. The contractor's name was Wilber Andrews. Mr. Andrews built a new home for us and used Lanier. We were very pleased and never had any plumbing problems. Mr. Andrews use Lanier in another home he built for us in 2004. We were well pleased.
