"Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Within a few days our 28 page report was emailed to us and Dan called and explained the report in detail. I was so impressed that my father used them as well to inspect and mold test his house and property. Once again Tina was great! She answered all of my dad’s questions and took her time with a thorough inspection and doing the testing. Dan was awesome with reviewing the report once again. My husband and I are looking to buy a house now and the first thing we thought was having Dan come out to inspect and test. Our inspection is scheduled this week and we are looking forward to it! I know our house is in good hands!"

It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.
