He has trimmed my trees, cleaned (really weeded a nightmare) all of my front flowerbeds, including adding mulch. He has been mowing and edging my backyard as needed. And after almost two years, my HOA advised me that a neighborhood utility area that is fenced in at the ends of my driveway, is my responsibility to keep cleaned. It was a mess!!!
