"We didn’t realize how many items could be integrated into our ADT security system. But after speaking with the helpful representative on the phone for about 10 minutes, we decided to go forward with their full home automation package. Not only are the doors and windows secure, but we can control lights, the thermostat, and the garage door."

"The owner, Derrick Armand worked with me to make my security needs affordable. He was available when I was distraught at not finding my bolts as we prepared to lock the shutters. I called him, and he was so hospitable in providing me with more of just what I needed in his calm, kind manor. He is one of the kindest business owners I have met."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The service provided by CSI Secure Solutions was second to none. From the start the team was professional, diligent and tenacious in their quest for answers. This was not an easy case but Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a quality investigator with integrity, compassion and skill, I highly recommend CSI Secure Solutions."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."

"Friendly, prompt, well priced and knowledgable. Highly recommend. Many options available to upgrade security for your home including cameras, alarm systems, fire alarms, doorbells and etc."

"Gerrit and his team did a fantastic job. Gerrit was on time for our appointment to review my home security needs. He listened to what I wanted and provided good advise. Gerrit provided an estimate after our review. I did talk to other security companies but Lync was the obvious choice for me. Gerrit and his team were running a bit late on the install day but Gerrit called to let me know they were running late. That was great customer service. Gerrit and his team did a great job installing the system. The house was spotless when they were finished. Gerrit walked me through the system features and made sure I was happy with all of the work. I also had Gerrit install the SkyBell video door bell. The video is create and it is nice to have a two way communication with the person on the front porch. Thank you Gerrit and team for a fantastic job. Scott"
