"I called Mr. Rainwater to inspect our roof after noticing leaking after a recent severe thunderstorm. He was able to meet with me the same day I called. During the consult he inspected the roof and took pictures of all the issues he found. Mr. Rainwater sat down with me to explain the findings and why they needed to be addressed. Oil can permanently stain a concrete driveway if it fully dries or sits for weeks without cleaning. Concrete is porous and absorbs the oil deeper over time. You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week.
