Properly grinding and removing the old coating instead of just going over the top of it, prepping the concrete correctly, and installing a high-quality epoxy system that looks great and feels extremely durable. The finished floor came out clean, smooth, and very professional. It’s tough enough that I can move patio furniture around without worrying about scratching or peeling, which was my biggest concern.
