They made an adjustment to the fire place damper and air conditioner filters and recommended lower temp settings. All of this had a positive impact on my bill and unit performance . The air unit ran much more efficiently! Physically I feel like a different person!

They did a very thorough inspection of the entire historic home including the attic. Probably one of the reasons I chose them is because they spent much more careful attention to details involved than others who came to provide an estimate. It became a big renovation project as well and they brought in other people. They were always available by phone and at or near the project most of the time. One or two of the outside workers did a sloppy job on one aspect of the project which I was very upset about but Dennis, one of the owners personally got on a ladder for 2 full days straight and made it all OK. Jim and Dennis seem to be anxious to go the extra mile for the customer.
