Isaac's crew of guys did a great job. They were very organized and worked fast. Without me requesting or paying they did a lot of leaf removal, lawn trimming and edging! Isaac created a great design for my yard that I liked. I had almost no plan in mind but he was able to meet all my needs and come up with something aesthetically pleasing to me.

From the time I got the bid to the time they wrapped it up I was extremely impressed with the work Paradigm did for us. Everyone worked so hard and relentlessly regardless of the weather which had been so inclement at times. Rico is extremely talented when designing our driveway. His suggestions were welcomed and it turned out beautifully. This crew is in high demand and had some wait time to get to us but is was well worth the wait. We are very pleased with the results of our patio and driveway replacement.

Rick and his team do a great job. Rick is hands on and at the job site overseeing his team, actively managing his subcontractors while they are on site and doing actual work himself. Very professional! Did a bathroom remodel for us everything looks great and he has followed and corrected a few small issues we had. Will have him back to do additional work on another room in the fall.

CUSTOM LAWN CAREInitially, we needed 3 retaining walls and a large wooden deck replaced. We also wanted new landscaping put into place. Rather than replacing the walls and deck with similar construction, Jonathan suggested replacing the creekstone walls with engineered retaining walls, and instead of another wooden deck, install a paver patio. We spent several months finalizing the design specifications, and Jonathan worked with us to find materials, features, and plants which would meet our desires. His staff is very experienced with the construction of these engineered hardscapes. They are a very hard working group. The final product is a masterpiece and greatly exceeds our original expectations. We are so pleased with the outcome, and would not hesitate to use Jonathan and his crew in the future. Final Touches Property ManagementRyan and his crew have been great both times that we have used them! The first time we used Final Touches, it was to prepare for a Derby Party and I didn’t have time to get to the mulch and spring yard cleaning. Ryan knocked it all out in less than a day! Since that went so well, we utilized Ryan and his crew to add on to our patio. They cleared an entire area that was grass and put in a pea gravel patio as well as a few trees to form a (eventual) privacy screen. He knocked the entire project out in around a day and a half!
