I currently hold an electrical license in the state of California bot not in Kentucky. I have been performing quality work under contractor supervision since 2004.

Everything is negotiable, I work with the people and for the people. Payments usually go by a contracted amount of time and money, 1. Lump sum paid in full at one time 2.Half up front and half at job completion 3. Paid on a weekly basis over the period of time contracted for.
