"Beth is very professional, knows her business, and has a pool of good workers to draw from. She first gives an estimate of the work to be done and the cost, and tells you exactly what is included, what they will do and what might cost extra, such as windows. She shows up on the appointed day with the number of workers she feels is best for the job, and they go right to work under her direction - no dawdling or smoke breaks. She has kitchen and bathroom "specialists" who really know what needs to be done in those problem areas. In our case, the floors needed extra attention and her crew did a magnificent job. They even hand-cleaned all the high ledges in the home, which were caked with dust.
The only negative was the price. The $650 estimate sounded a little high, but I assumed it would take at least 6 hours for 5 or 6 people. It actually took a little over four hours for a crew of 5, including Beth, which works out to  over $30 per hour for each person. That's a bit high for house cleaning, in my experience. Beth gave me a "job" price, rather than an hourly price, and I didn't negotiate or ask her to break it down, so that's on me. The estimate seemed reasonable for 30 person-hours of cleaning, but I probably wouldn't have accepted that price if it I'd known it would take only 20 person-hours.
But you get quality for the price... we had Mini-Maids on a monthly schedule in the house for several years, and it was clear from sticky floors and black pails of water Beth's crew encountered that Mini-Maids did only the most superficial cleaning necessary.  Beth and her crew did a magnificent job and I would use them again.
