John the owner, his wife who runs the office, and their crew are people like that. They came out and looked at then replaced the OSB board below our vinyl siding. When a company has integrity, knowledge of what they are doing plus a very professional foot print in all they do its a complete winning concept. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We have a lot of wind here on the hill. Working with light materials like vinyl siding and aluminum facia on a 7/12 pitch roof was tough for the boys to accomplish their repairs, it took a little longer than planned, but repairs were made, and all scrapes and materials were removed from the grounds."

"I had a leak inside my house. I got 3 different companies from Home Adviser to come out and give me quotes. The first two companies took a quick look inside and on the first roof level and quoted a "Valley Repair". The 3rd company (Renewable Properties), went the extra mile and looked all over the roof. Even on the 2nd level roof (very high in the air) and they found a hole up there. Something the first two companies missed, so I went with them. The price was reasonable, and they even did some extra work (replacing a door, replacing a side trim, boots on the roof and adding a critter card to an exhaust vent near the top of the house). The initial roof repair was completed very quickly, within a few days of the quote,. They wanted to make sure the repair was a success and more importantly that no leaks occurred in the house. The repair was on a Friday and we were due for rain that weekend. It rained all weekend and no leaks. A couple weeks later the remaining repairs (pipe boots, side trim, door and critter cage) were repaired. All in all they did a great job and really took care of me."
