In most cases the deck/fence is pressure washed using a biodegradable cleaner and low pressure technique. After protecting your home and foliage, wood preservative is applied. The preservative is a matter of customer choice. Your deck is ready for use within 24 hours in most cases. Have you ever noticed those unsightly black stains on your roof?
